art and life

This week I have tried to take some time for myself. I have been stressed and I just needed to clear my head. I needed to do something that I would enjoy and not have to worry about classes and work. Spending some time with my friends and family helped and now I'm feeling better. Relaxing and stepping away from the stressed helped clear my mind and I think I can get back to working now. Sometimes all it takes is a little break.

  1. I am right there with you! A little break is sometimes the best thing because it allows you to put more energy back into your work. I'm glad to hear you are a little less stressed now!
