I lightened the face in the center so it wasn't competing with the other figures. I'm still working on some areas of the figure, mostly the hand/arm area. Hoping to be done with this very soon.
I personally liked it when the two eyes were more visible. I feel like without them, there's nothing to take my off of the figure and look around at the rest of the image. I'll probably bring it up at the crit this week...I do like that you beefed up the darks, but everything else got darker too, so I feel like it lost some of the contrast that I liked about it before.
So that I don't have to make 2 comments. I like the starts of the 2 new ones. I'm interested to see how they progress.
